Volunteering with the 2-Day

The Georgia 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer is an event run by volunteers. We could not raise money for breast cancer programs all over Georgia without the help of our amazing day volunteers and crew members. If you are interested in volunteering for the Georgia 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer, please read below to find out which volunteer opportunity is right for you!

 Crew Overview

2-Day Crew Members have a crew assignment for the entire 2-Day Walk weekend beginning Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Crew Members pay a registration fee of $129 that covers half of a Saturday night hotel room at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly, all meals, and crew shirts. If you would like to be adored by hundreds of walkers, then 2-Day Crewing is for you!

Day Volunteer 

A day volunteer at the Georgia 2-Day Walk pays no registration fee and can volunteer for as few as 4 hours. You can also volunteer year-round at the Georgia Alliance for Breast Cancer office whenever your schedule allows.

A day volunteer can assist during the week prior to the Georgia 2-Day Walk (Sept 29 – October 3)  or on October 4-5th.  You can volunteer for multiple days or just shirt.  To view the day volunteer opportunities,  click here. We look forward to meeting you.
