Join us at 7:30 am on Saturday, July 21st at Stone Mountain Park for a training walk! You can choose to walk either 5 miles or 10 miles.
To avoid the Stone Mountain parking fee, the ladies of the Stone Mountain Woman’s Club have graciously agreed to open their parking lot to us, which is located directly beside the walk-in gate.

Join us at 7:30 am for a 5 or 11 mile walk at the Big Creek Greenway in Alpharetta!
We will have a five-mile loop and an 11-mile loop.
Those walking five miles will walk to the B’Rest Stop at Kimball Bridge/Rock Mill Park and return to the starting point.
Those walking 11 miles will walk to the Alpharetta YMCA and return to the starting point.
We will have water/snacks every 2.5 miles. If you are walking 11 miles, we recommend that you eat a good breakfast and bring a starting bottle of water.
Directions:
Traveling 400 North exit on Mansell Road.
Turn right on Mansell Road.
Turn left on North Point Parkway.
Just past Ethan Allen Furniture (at 6800 North Point Pkwy. Alpharetta, 30022) look for an Alpharetta Greenway sign on the right.
Turn right into the wooded parking lot, where we will meet at the cement trail.
If the parking lot is full, we have permission to park in the Ethan Allen parking lot. Please park in their lot closest to the Greenway and write “Do the 2″ on a piece of paper and leave it on your dashboard! (Thank you Ethan Allen!)

Join us for a 9 or 12 mile training walk leaving from the It’s The Journey office! This year’s final training walk is in honor of our founder, Randi Passoff.
At the training walk you will have a chance to turn in donations, make transfers, and stock up on your 2-Day swag, so don’t miss it!
We will start walking AT 7:30 am so make sure you allow plenty of time to get here! Be sure to eat a nutritious, light breakfast for energy before coming, and bring a bottle of water to start!

You’re invited to the 4th Annual Fore the Cure Charity Golf Tournament at Indian Hills Country Club, Monday, October 22, 2018! Registration is $125 per person (sponsorship packages available), and includes cart, 18 holes of golf, lunch, and prizes for golf challenges. There will also be a silent auction that takes place during the event! Register, pay online, or explore sponsorship packages here!
It’s time to kick off the 2019 Georgia 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer! Get your questions about the 2-Day Walk answered and get your training started on the right foot! Join us for a light, continental breakfast (beginning at 7:30 am), walker orientation, training tips, and our first training walk of the season! Orientation will begin promptly at 8:00 am.
Everyone who attends will be entered in a drawing to win one of three prizes!
– First prize: 1 complimentary Friday OR Sunday hotel room at the Marriott during 2-Day Walk weekend
– Second prize: free parking at the Marriott during the 2-Day Walk Weekend
– Third prize: 2-Day swag!
If you haven’t registered for the 2019 2-Day already, come to Kick Off with your completed walker registration form and a check, you will receive $25 off your registration fee!

Save the date for our April Training Walk in Marietta! On Saturday, April 13, we will meet at St. Joseph Catholic Church, and the training walk begins at 8:00 am. The ladies of St. Joseph have generously offered to provide a light breakfast beginning at 7:30 am, so please join us a little early! There will be 4 mile and 6 mile route options. There is a Farmer’s Market happening at Marietta Square until 12pm, so after the walk, hop on over to the Square to pick up some fresh, delicious food!
Parking will be across the street from the church at the Kennestone Imaging Center. Our 2-Day Moto Crew will be out there directing parking!

Our June Training Walk this year will take place at the annual Strike Out Breast Cancer Youth Baseball Tournament in Douglasville! The training walk begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, June 15. There will be 3 mile and 6 mile route options. Stick around for lunch at the ball park- all proceeds benefit the Georgia 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer!
