Suggested Training Schedule and Tips
1. Before beginning any training work out, check with your doctor.
2. Start your training schedule with the focus on time and not miles.
3. Start with a 15 minute walk, 2 – 3 times a week.
2-Day Generations: Lisa Marks
The theme for the 2017 Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer is “Generations.” As we get closer to the walk, we want to share the stories of the generations of women, men, parents, grandparents, and children who come together at the 2-Day to fight breast cancer in our communities.
