Don’t Forget to Train for The 2-Day Walk!

Get ready to hit the ground running on October 3rd – your training matters! Whether you’re walking your first mile or your fiftieth, consistency is key:

“The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.”

Key points:

  • Walk 2-3 days during the week 20-40 minutes minimum.
  • If training for the 2-Day Saturday and Sunday option, try to do 2 sessions back to back, as per the schedule.
  • Don’t worry about speed on the longer walks, only distance.
  • Join us for some or all of our provided training walks!
