You can support breast health in the state of Georgia just by shopping at Kroger! It’s The Journey is now participating in Kroger’s Community Rewards Program, where they give a portion of grocery sales to non-profit organizations.
All you have to do is sign up! Here’s how:
1. Go to krogercommnuityrewards.com.
2. If you already have a Kroger Plus card, have it handy and use it to sign in/register for online services.
3. Scroll down to “Georgia” and click on “Enroll Now”
3. If you are not already an online customer, click on “Sign up today” on the left hand side of the page, and follow the sign-in instructions.
4. Once you are registered and signed in, choose “Account Settings” on the menu that drops down from the red box entitled “My Account”
5. On the bottom right of your “Account Settings” page, there is a box labeled “Community Rewards.” Click on it and type in “It’s The Journey” when asked for an organization name. Click on “confirm.” You’re all set!
Remember, you have to use your registered Kroger Plus Card in order for your purchases to count towards the Community Rewards program!
This is a FABULOUS thing Kroger is doing and I’m glad that I have another way to support ITJ! I’m all signed up and ready to help you all earn more money for your organization!
Do the funds raised from Kroger get deposited into the general ITJ account or into our individual walker accounts?
Bev- They go into the general account towards our grantee programs! We wish there was a way to siphon them into individual accounts, but there’s no way for us to do that! We hope you sign up/are signed up, and have a great day!
